1.热锅温油,放入葱蒜,小火炒香。

2.放入提前洗净沥干水分改刀切片的蘑菇,翻炒。

3.翻炒到蘑菇出水,变软。

4.利用蘑菇出的水,加盖闷煮几分钟。

5.调好水淀粉,倒入锅里,再次翻炒均匀,调入少许盐,即可。
